In order to fulfill this mission, we are looking for a "Head of Sales and Account Management" for the US market, who will sell our innovative cloud and hosting products with the sales team to our medium-sized customers and agencies. As the ideal candidate for this position as Head of Sales and Account Management, you bring management experience with you and support us in setting up a first-class team and forming a powerful sales organization.

Candidates must reside in the east coast corridor between Boston and Washington, DC.

Your area of activity also includes the following tasks:

  • Strategic set-up and continuous development of the sales and account management area for the ongoing maximization of sales including personnel and budget responsibility.
  • Development of new customer and agency potential as well as intensive maintenance and development of existing relationships.
  • Ensuring best-in-class customer care.
  • Act as an interface between individual stakeholders in the context of the sales process.
  • Negotiations with customers at the C-level.
  • Review and continuous improvement of workflows and processes.
  • Creation of specific product requirements as well as planning and development of sales campaigns.
  • Regular sales analysis and evaluations of sales campaigns as well as implementation of market observations and competition analyses.

In addition to several years of relevant professional experience with demonstrable success in B2B sales, in technical and disciplinary personnel management as well as experience in the IT sector and / or web agency market, you have the following qualifications:

  • Good communication skills, very good negotiating skills, and assertiveness.
  • Very good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and cost awareness.
  • A high level of the initiative as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Ideally, good, personal networking in the target market as well as know-how in the cloud and IT infrastructure sales.
